Text Based On Hebrews Chapter 4 (KJV)
There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

SABBATH FULL OF HOLY GLORY

1.  Sabbath full of holy glory, Sweetest rest-day of the week! Light upon a world of darkness, from thy blessèd moments seek, Holy, happy, heav’nly day, Thou canst take our grief away.

2.  Fairest Sabbath, hallelujah! Fairer than our words can say! Down we lay our heavy burden, from life’s toil and care again, While this day of joy and love, brings fresh vigour from above.

3.  In the gladness of Thy worship, we will seek Thy joy this day; It is then we learn the fullness, of Thy grace for which we pray, When the word of life is giv’n, like the Saviour’s voice from heav’n.

4. Let Thy day with Thee be ended, as with Thee it first begun, And Thy blessing, Lord, be granted, till earth’s days and weeks are done; Than at last Thy servants will, keep eternal Sabbath days.
