A Voice In The Wilderness - Canada

Text Based On DAniel Chapter 9 (KJV)
O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.

FATHER, HEAR OUR SUPPLICATIONS

1.   Father, hear our supplications, As Thy children now draw nigh; Open Thou Thy heavenly windows, Pour Thy Spirit from on high.

2.   Many name the Name of Jesus- Who but follow Him afar; Love of ease and worldly pleasure- Oft our lives and service mar.

3.   Yet, O Lord, Thou art amongst us, And we are Thy people still; Pass not by us as a stranger– Come, and with Thy Spirit fill.

4.   Cleanse from all the sins that hinder, Sweep away the walls of pride; Humble us, and then in power- Send Thy Spirit’s quickening tide.

5.   Send, O send a great awakening- To Thy church, O Lord, we pray, That in ceaseless streams of mercy- May reach others day by day.
